Kwasa Manufacturing Primary Cooperative
It all started in the year 2009, whereby we were troubled by the rate of the youth unemployment. We wanted to take part in resolving this matter and make a different in our communities, we then came together and started a training centre that is offering critical scarce skills. We became on the training provider that is offering training and CNC machines and accredited by MARSETA. We have trained quite a number of young people and even tried to assist them by forming partnership with engineering companies that are using CNC machines that they should come in the party and help our learners with experience, and that has been a success, and some of these companies have decided to employ some of these candidates. Then 2013 we decided to take the business to the next level, and we thought of getting into the machining and manufacturing of engineering components.
